How
do I sell my items online? |
|

We
will add a simple "Buy Now" button
to as many items as you like on your
website for NO extra charge. The
type of "Buy Now" we can only use is
a
PayPal "Buy Now" button.
(Unfortunately a Shopping cart can
not be added) To create this type of
button you must have a PayPal
account. As WebsitesAtOnePrice.co.uk
have no access to your PayPal
account you must supply us with the
HTML code of each button.
To create the "Buy Now"
button is very easy. Simply login to
your PayPal account and click the
"Merchant Services" then click the
"Buy Now Buttons" link.
There will then be a link to create
your button. Click that and then this is where you get to create each
of your buttons. You can add a
specific Description, Price and
Postage etc for each of your
buttons. Once you are happy with the
details click "Create Button". You
will then be given the unique HTML
code for that button. All you have
to do now is email this to us at
sales@websitesatoneprice.co.uk.
Even if you are selling 1 item or
20 items please be as specific as
possible to what button goes on what
page and what item you are selling.

Now buttons is considered as a
"minor change". So this is FREE
throughout the year. |

Are there any hidden charges? |

NO, there are no hidden charges at all. The
only extra charges are if you want to add
more images or you want to make some changes
to your website which aren’t minor. But we
will give you a no obligation quote first before any work
is carried out. |

Can I make changes to my website
throughout the year? |

Yes you can. You can make Free minor
changes to your website throughout the year
(1 minor change per month). These include;
Any text added or altered to your pages, Email address
change, Contact details change, Adding,

buttons.
Minor changes can be emailed to us via your
account login page.
If you require changes
to your website which include: Image
changes, Adding extra images, Buttons and Page Titles changed, Google
AdSense added to your
website, there will be a charge for this. But
we will give you a no obligation quote first before any
work is carried out. These can also
be emailed to us via your account login
page. |

is the Account Login Page? |
|
|
|

The Account Login Page is where you
can review your order and tell us of
any changes you would like to make
to your website. Once your website
has been approved by yourself and
put Live we will send you your
account login details. Only you can
have access to this page as you will
need a username and password to gain
access. |

What happens after the year when my
Domain Name and the Hosting Expires? |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Once your year’s Domain Name and Hosting subscription expires, you
can either continue your subscription for
another year, where you just pay £25 for the
whole year, nothing else!!! This fee
will register your Domain Name for another
year, Host your website for another year
plus give you Free minor changes to your website for
another year.
Or if you decide to cancel your years
subscription, you website will be taken down
on the agreed expiry date, and you will be
charged NOTHING ELSE. |

will I know when it is time for my
renewal? |
|

Typically, we will send out a renewal notification
email to you between 15 to 30
days before your renewal date.

How long will it take for my website to
be online? |
|
|
|

Each website usually takes 4 working days to
complete. Once you website is complete we
will upload it onto our temporary server
where you can look over it and make sure
everything is correct. Once you are happy
with your site we will put it live
on your chosen domain name. This
will be when your Domain Name and
Hosting subscription
starts. |

Will you put any banner advertising on my
website? |
|
|

NO, we do not put any banner advertising on
your website. The only advertising we put on
your website is a small text link at the
bottom of each page saying

it will open in a new page to our
website. |

Can I put Goggle
AdSense on my
website? |

Yes you can, but it will be your
responsibility to gathering the
required information from Google to
put on your website. When you know
the HTML code for the AdSense you
can simple send it to us from your

AdSense are not regarded as Minor
Changes. |

What happens if the Domain Name I want is
unavailable? |
|

Unfortunately if the Domain Name
your require is unavailable there is
nothing we can do about that. The
only thing we can advise is for you
to search for a similar Domain Name. |

that? |

As you get a Free
Domain Name with WebsitesAtOnePrice.co.uk what
we would do is upload your website
onto your free domain name as usual,
and then what you would need to do

Can I change the design of the websites? |

No, the actual design of the website can
not be changed at all. |

Can I change the colour of the text on my

can tell us what colour you would

"Additional Information" box at the
bottom of the form. If you know the
HTML code type that in the box or if
you don't know the HTML code simply
type the colour of the text e.g.
Black , White, Blue etc.
If you don't tell us of any text
colour change our designers will
pick the best colour of text for

on any on-line form. What we need to know
when ordering is what text fields you would

If your text field requires your customer to
send a lot of information (e.g. an inquiry
field) we will add a Text Area field so more

we need to know what you would like

buttons can be called what ever you
want (max 12 characters long).

Forwarding
Account”? |

An email forwarding account is an email
address similar to your website address. The
first part of the email address can be
anything, (e.g. sales, marketing, orders,
info etc) and then the last part of the
email address will be your website address.
It would look something like this: sales@yourdomainname.com
When someone emails you using your new email
address it will be automatically forwarded
to your existing email address.
For example:
joebloggs@hotmail.com – will be
forwarded to -> sales@yourdomainname.com

search engines? |

etc) We will also regularly
